Los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 25 de febrero
Elementos de la Policía de Investigación del Delito, de la Fiscalía General del Estado, cumplimentaron órdenes de aprehensión en contra de dos imputados, por su probable participación en los delitos de homicidio y robo calificado. La Carpeta de investigación, se inició el 25 de febrero, al localizar el cuerpo en la delegación Santa Rosa Jáuregui, del municipio de Querétaro.
Como parte de las investigaciones se recabaron datos de prueba, entre ellos, indicios encontrados dentro de dos domicilios. Para la inversión, se solicitó y obtuvo del Juez de Control las dos órdenes de cateo, entre los indicios se encontró ropa que pudo ser la utilizada por uno de los imputados, el día de los hechos.
Por tal motivo, Fiscales de la Unidad Especializada en Homicidios, solicitaron y obtuvieron las órdenes de aprehensión, por los delitos de homicidio y robo calificado. La información que integra la carpeta de investigación, fue presentada en una audiencia inicial, en la que el Juez determinó la vinculación a proceso de los imputados, prisión preventiva y 3 meses de investigación complementario.
